Awful service. Had a booking for 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15 and the stand was closed. Phoned them and I wad told that someone would be there by 2:30. No one appeared. Called again at 2:35 just to be told that my booking was confirmed but not the pick-up time, and that a car would only be available by 4. First time I hear about a rent a car which confirms a reservation but not the pick-up time...ridiculous. Plus, since I was unsatisfied with their service, the owner called me arrogant...I was lucky that i had someone to promptly pick me up from their offices otherwise i would be still waiting for them. Do not book with this company!
